After a degree in Management Eng. (2007 at Politecnico of Torino), Stefano Spadetto has started work for Accenture as analyst.

After a brief experience (2 years) in Products (Consumer Goods and Automotive) he was involved in various A&D projects focusing on Production Process Optimization, Working Capital Reduction and LeadtimeReduction through the Six Sigma Methodology.

He currently works as a manager in Sourcing & Procurement area for a major A&D player.

He has a good knowledge of Outsourced Manufacturing Process both from the point of view of procurement than operation.

  • Cost Reduction Programm aim at reducing the total cost of subcontracting value, impacting positively on Ebit and contribute to the future competitiveness of the product range, improving the “know how”/control of cost components.
  • Cost modelling to support estimation of the real cost of the product and enable fact based negotiations. The product or part is broken down into its basic cost factors including raw materials, production costs, treatments, material handling, etc..

 PRODUCTION LEAD TIME REDUCTION

  • Aerospace and Defence Company : supported the Company improving the supply chain process form the planning to the production execution applying Lead Six Sigma Methodology. A Manufacturing Excellence Programme focused on production flow optimisation, reduction of waste and losses and shop floor inventory reduction (stock and work in progress)

 WORKING CAPITAL REDUCTION

  • Aerospace and Defence Company: Inventory has been identified as the major action area to improve Working Capital performance. Improvement of processes in key areas of Supply Chain (Procurement, Materials Management, Production Planning, etc.) new procedure of managing the purchase orders portfolio, production and purchase, Working Capital Reduction
